Once we've received your payment and your business details, your chatbot will typically be live within 5–7 business days. We'll email you to confirm everything before it goes live.
Do I need to pay both the setup fee and the subscription?

Yes — the setup fee covers building and installing your chatbot, and the monthly subscription keeps it running, updated and supported. Think of it like a website: there's a build cost and a hosting cost.
Can I cancel the monthly subscription?

What happens after I pay?
